According to 47 Skin, Silver Chitoderm pairs silver, which it says forms an antibacterial shield, with chitoderm, an ingredient derived from shellfish shells. The brand advises anyone with a known shellfish allergy not to use its products and says they are unsuitable for people allergic to silver.
