Operating effectively in up to 43°C environments, this 620-litre unit is perfect for front-of-house display with its bright LED-lit interior. Maintaining ideal meat ageing conditions, it provides humidity between 60-90% and includes Himalayan salt blocks for moisture management and enhanced flavour. Managing capacity and versatility well, the MAR1-SS features four 2/1 GN perforated stainless steel shelves with anti-tilt tray slides, each capable of holding 20kg per shelf. Alternatively, the unit can be supplied with meat hanging rails. Built to withstand day-to-day use, the MAR1-SS meat ageing fridge has an operating temperature of +1°C to +6°C and features an energy-saving CoolSmart controller for precise temperature control. It also has a self-closing door with easy-to-clean, replaceable magnetic balloon gaskets for a 100% seal. Internally, the MAR1-SS is equipped with bright, low-heat LED strip lighting for clear visibility of the meat produce.
