The Wera 817 R is a professional bit holding screwdriver featuring Rapidaptor quick-release technology, designed for fast and efficient screwdriving in confined spaces. The retractable bayonet blade telescopes into the handle, making it ideal for tight installation situations where space is limited. The Rapidaptor quick-release chuck enables rapid bit changes without requiring any special tools, while a strong permanent magnet ensures bits remain securely in place during use. This bit holder accepts all bits with ¼" hexagon head drive conforming to DIN ISO 1173-C 6.3 and E 6.3 (ISO 1173) standards. The multi-component Kraftform Plus handle combines hard gripping zones for high working speeds with soft zones that maximise torque transfer, helping to prevent hand fatigue, blisters and calluses during extended use.
