The Wera 8002C Koloss is a heavy-duty 1/2" drive ratchet engineered to withstand the toughest jobsite conditions, uniquely designed to function both as a precision ratchet and an officially approved hammer. Built to handle loads of at least 600 Newton metres, this reversible ratchet delivers exceptional torque capacity for demanding automotive, industrial and mechanical applications. The dual ratchet tooth mechanism features a minimal 6° return angle, enabling rapid and precise fastening work even in confined spaces where movement is restricted. The innovative hammer function allows direct impact on the hammer faces without risk of damaging the internal ratchet mechanism, making it ideal for stubborn fasteners or applications requiring both hammering and ratcheting in quick succession. The multi-component Kraftform handle is specifically optimised to withstand pressure, impact and tensile loads, providing durability and comfort during extended use. The handle incorporates a take-up feature for the KOLOSS extension 8780 C and KOLOSS centring pin 8781 C, expanding the tool's versatility. This set includes a practical holster with snap hook for belt attachment or securing to machinery, plus protective pads to prevent damage to workpiece surfaces during hammering operations.
