Narrow London Brick Trowel

The W. Rose Narrow London Brick Trowel in the 9" blade length is a versatile and well-balanced option for bricklayers and masons who prefer a slightly more compact blade without sacrificing performance. The 9" narrow London blade carries mortar away from the handle and holds it towards the toe, making it an excellent choice for brickwork, general masonry, and mortar-spreading tasks such as veneering. The blade and shank are forged from a single piece of uniquely formulated carbon steel, eliminating the risk of internal voids or weld failures that could compromise strength over time. A proven heat-tempering process ensures uniform blade hardness, whilst the tapered ground blade provides the flexibility needed for accurate mortar placement. Each blade is hand polished to keep mortar centred and resist unwanted sliding. The 6" handle is made from air-seasoned, second-growth hardwood, smoothly contoured to fit the hand and deliver a comfortable, confident grip through long working days. A steel ferrule provides a reliable connection between handle and blade.
