Pepper Dust PD225G

Vitax Pepper Dust is a ready-to-use animal deterrent designed to protect seed beds, recent plantings, drives, dustbins, paths and patios from unwanted fouling. This cost-effective solution works by confusing the animal's sense of taste and smell, encouraging them to stay away from areas you wish to protect. The pepper-based formula can be applied directly from the pack to the affected area, making it straightforward to use without additional equipment or preparation. For optimal results, remove all animal droppings and smells before application, using a weak detergent solution to break down any lingering scents that might attract animals back to the area. Children and pets need not be excluded from treated areas, making this a practical choice for gardens, patios and other outdoor spaces with regular family use. Apply at the first signs of unwanted animal activity, with repeat applications needed twice a week at the rates recommended on the pack to maintain effective deterrence.
