Locking Pinch Off Tool

The IRWIN Vise-Grip Locking Pinch Off Tool is a specialist 175mm (7in) tool designed to create a temporary seal on tubing, making it ideal for plumbing and refrigeration work. This locking tool pinches off flexible tubes to stop flow, leaving both hands free to work on other tasks. The pinch-off tool features a hex key adjusting screw that allows precise control over the clamping pressure. This mechanism tightens to draw materials closer together and provides controlled release when the job is complete, preventing damage to tubing during temporary sealing applications. Specifically engineered for the refrigeration industry, this tool is also suitable for general plumbing tasks where stopping flow from tubes is required. The locking mechanism ensures the tool stays securely in place without requiring constant hand pressure, improving efficiency on site.
