It lets you restock behind the scenes without disrupting the front display. Inside, you'll find three adjustable 8mm toughened glass shelves that you can tilt up to 10°, perfect for making sandwiches, salads or pastries look appealing. The LED lighting on each shelf highlights your produce, and an integral ticket strip keeps your pricing neat and clear. For easy maintenance, the stainless steel recessed well is removable for cleaning. The unit runs on a microprocessor temperature control with an automatic defrost and condensate handling system. It meets the EN ISO 23953 2:2005 standards and keeps things cold (from -1°C to +5 °C) even in warm kitchens.
