Excipients: Thymol, Cedarwood Oil, White Soft Paraffin Ingredients Usage How to use Vicks Vaporub Decongestant Rub Easy Applicator 35G Remove the cap and the seal, prime the product by turning the bottom of the stick 3-4 times. Remove cap and foil twist the bottom to release the product. Clean with a tissue after each use and place the cap on. Adults: Apply liberally onto chest, throat and back. Cover whole area for maximum effect. Leave clothes loose to allow vapours to be inhaled easily. Children over 2 years: Gently apply a small amount on the chest and back. Leave clothes loose for easy inhalation. Inhalation: Adults: If head cold or nasal catarrh persists, for deep action relief melt two teaspoons in a bowl of very hot (not boiling) water.
