As a medical device, it works through a natural mechanism of action (osmotic pressure to draw out the excess of water from swollen nasal tissues). It also helps to remove viruses and bacteria from the nose. The product is a combination of: 3% Hypertonic saline solution that helps to unblock the nose in a natural way. Refreshing scent Natural origin thyme and eucalyptus essential oils, menthol. ProVitamin B5 (=Dexpanthenol - synthetic) that helps moisturize. With 97% natural origin ingredients: Water, sodium chloride, eucalyptus essential oil, menthol, thyme essential oil. Without preservatives. Instructions for use: Adults and children from 12 years, 1-2 sprays per nostril a maximum of 2 times per day, up to 14 days. What are the key features?
