The technical composition of the socks is engineered for varied summer hiking trips, as bamboo fibre is thermally neutral, able to maintain an even temperature for feet and efficiently absorbs moisture from the skin. In a multi-layer structure with merino wool, the socks give controlled warmth, softness and offer a lot of natural breathability. This “Vaaru” trekking sock design is a crew length with a full rib leg, terry loop ‘Softech’ cushioned throughout, from cuff to toe, with a 4-Layer ‘Drytech’ moisture transfer system in the feet, layering merino and bamboo with other fibres to effectively keep feet breathable, warm and dry.
