This Union StrongBOLT 3 Lever Mortice Deadlock features a stainless steel forend finish with a 68mm case size and 45mm backset, making it ideal for standard door thicknesses where a shorter backset is required. The stainless steel finish provides excellent corrosion resistance and a contemporary appearance, perfect for modern door furniture or high-moisture environments. The lock features plastic splinter guards for easy installation and a professional finish, with a radius inner forend that aids fitting into many UK mortices without additional carpentry. The chamfered 14mm deadbolt design increases performance under side load testing and makes drilling attack more difficult, whilst anti-pick and keyhole protection with hardened steel pins prevents forced entry. The deadbolt can be locked or unlocked by key from either side, and this model can be keyed alike with the 2203S for multi-door convenience.
