It is cultivated in Anxi in Fujian Province, South East China, nurtured by Fujian's mild climate and plentiful rainfall. Tea Description A complex process involving different stages of plucking, withering, drying and fine rolling produces crinkly, delicate leaves of very lightly oxidised tea.
