Etimo Wa Bi Softgrip Crochet Hook Accessories Set

Tulip Etimo Blue Softgrip Crochet Hook Set Wa Bi This is not just a set. It’s a piece of making culture. The Tulip Etimo Wa Bi set brings together craftsmanship, material and rhythm in a way that feels quietly exceptional. Deep indigo blue. Soft in the hand. Precise in movement. Each hook is shaped from smooth aluminium, allowing yarn to glide cleanly without catching. The cushion grip handle sits naturally in the hand, reducing strain and allowing you to crochet for longer, more comfortably. The balance feels right. The rhythm settles quickly. What makes this set truly special is the indigo. Inspired by aizome, the traditional Japanese indigo dyeing technique, the colour carries depth rather than brightness. It’s calm. Considered. Rooted in a long history of craftsmanship. Indigo — often called “Japan blue” — has been valued for centuries not only for its beauty, but for its durability and cultural significance. Here, it becomes part of the making experience itself. The case is hand-dyed using Awa-Ai pigment and finished with a mother-of-pearl toggle and silk cord. It feels more like a personal object than storage. And then, quietly included, a pair of traditional Japanese U-shaped scissors — simple, precise, and deeply satisfying to use.
