The removable rack tray keeps poultry and meat elevated during roasting; allowing fat and juices to collect at the bottom for a healthier alternative or you can use it to make delicious gravy. While suitable for use in the oven withstanding temperatures of up to 260C/500F, this sandwich cake tin can be used in the fridge, freezer and dishwasher - although hand wash is recommended to maintain the tin's finish.
