A unique vegetable which is closing related to the standard parsley. This large, tapered, white roots have a strong, nutty, celery flavour when roasted. This parsley can be lifted from the roots from October onwards. They’re great for garnish, or as an herb when you want a bold taste! Product Specifications: . Position in: Sun or semi shade . Plant the parsley at a depth of 1cm in drills 30cm part, in well prepared seedbed and positions in full sun or semi shade. This parsley variety can take approximately 28 days to germinate, depending on the temperature. Water and feed the parsley regularly throughout the dry periods.
