Choose a position in full sun or semi shade and plant the bulbs approximately 10cm (4") deep and 7cm (3") apart. Planting in groups or large clumps will create the best display. Crocus bulbs can also be grown in containers or naturalised in lawns and grassed areas. After flowering, allow the strap-like foliage to die back naturally.
