Tonga is perfect for edging perennial borders or filling patio containers. It is undemanding and easy to grow, which means it requires little maintenance throughout the year. Asters like to be planted in moist, well-drained soil, in full sun or semi shade. Ideally add well-rotted manure or garden compost to your soil, before planting.
