Sunflower ‘Cherry Rose’ is a fast-growing, hardy annual with striking flowers that feature a creamy centre overlaid by a cherry rose ring. Pollen-free and multi-branching, it produces abundant blooms ideal for cutting or as a stunning display at the back of borders. Growing Instructions Sow outdoors from early spring to early summer in well-prepared, fine-tilth soil at 12mm (½in) depth in rows 30cm apart. Germination takes around 21 days. For earlier flowers, sow indoors in 7. 5cm pots at 20°C; germination 1–2 weeks. Thin seedlings to 30cm apart once large enough. Gradually acclimatise indoor-sown plants before planting outside.
