Hosta 'Silly String' is a distinctive and award-winning variety of plantain lily, celebrated for its striking blue-green foliage and elegant growth habit. With long, narrow, wavy-edged leaves, this compact hosta adds a sense of texture and movement to borders, containers, or shaded garden corners. In summer, it produces upright spikes of pale purple flowers that contrast gently with the foliage. This standout variety earned second place in the 2025 RHS Chelsea Flower Show Plant of the Year competition.
