This wine has an immense abundance of fruity flavour. Grapes were grown on 50-60 year old vines in the Röttgen VDP.GROSSE LAGE (Grand Cru) classified vineyard. The south / south-west facing vineyard is steep and terraced, with soil rich in iron and slate. Grapes were grown sustainable and carefully harvested by hand. The wine was fermented using natural yeast. Alcohol: 7,5 % vol. Res. sugar: 64,6 g/l Acidity: 8,1 g/l
