Masculine notes of leather combined with flavors like cassis, black currant, moose and pine needles. The white pepper spiciness and the rough tannin gave structure and the sharp, fresh acidity gives the lightness. Drinking temperature: 16 - 18 Celsius Drinking window: 10 - 15 years Alcohol: 13,5% vol. Res. sugar: 3,1 g/l Acidity: 7,0 g/l
