Always check the temperature by touching the inside of your wrist before applying it to your eyes. Oven: Remove the inner bag from its cover and heat it in a preheated oven at 150C 300F for 7-10 minutes. After heating, place the inner bag back into the outer cover. Applying the Compress: Place the heated compress over your closed eyes. Adjust the strap around your head for comfort. Relax and leave the compress on for 7-10 minutes.
