Ingredients What are the active ingredients? 1 x iTouch Go probe 1 x iTouch Go control hub 1 x Type-C charging cable 1 x Instructions for use 1x Go Gel: Water, Polyethylene glycol, Glycerine, Carbomer, Sodium Hydroxide, Methylparaben, Propylparaben Ingredients Usage How to use Ensure the iTouch Go control hub is fully charged using the provided Type-C cable and correctly connected to the wireless probe. Wash your hands and the probe thoroughly with warm, soapy water, then dry completely before use. Apply a small amount of the included Go Gel water-based lubricant to the metal plates of the probe. Find a comfortable position and gently insert the probe into the vagina until only the plastic rim at the base remains visible. Turn on the control hub, select your preferred programme and gradually increase the intensity until you feel a firm but comfortable muscle contraction. After the 20-minute session, switch the unit off, gently remove the probe and clean it thoroughly before storing safely. Usage Warnings Precautions to consider before using Do not use if you have a cardiac pacemaker, implanted defibrillator or any other internal electronic medical device. Do not use during pregnancy or within 6 weeks of childbirth or pelvic surgery. Do not use if you have an active urinary tract infection, vaginal infection, reduced pelvic sensation or a history of carcinoma in the treatment area. Ensure the control hub is switched off before inserting or removing the probe. Do not use silicone-based lubricants on the metal plates as they may coat the sensors and affect electrical conductivity. Warnings
