70cl / 59% / Holmes Cay - A new and long-awaited Whisky Exchange exclusive rum. Done in collaboration with rum independent bottler Holmes Cay, this is a 12-year-old rum from the now closed Ten Cane distillery in Trinidad. Distilled in 2012, this rum was made with fresh cane juice and spent 4 years aging in ex-cognac casks in the Caribbean, before being transferred to an ex-rum cask for a further 5 years in the UK, and then 3 years in the US.
