With strong insulation and an energy-saving timer, the P602 reduces running costs whilst still providing a maximum baking temperature of up to 350°C. The oven chambers feature three heating zones (upper, front, and lower heat), providing accurate and even heat dispersion. The thicker pizza stone base retains heat longer, ensuring a uniform, stone oven-baked pizza bottom for up to twelve 12" pizzas per deck. The spring-loaded top-hinged door provides easy access during demanding services. With a heat-reflecting glass surface, the P602 maintains optimal efficiency whilst preventing heat escaping into the kitchen, promoting a more comfortable working environment.
