Constructed with a heavy-duty 20MN2 alloy steel chain and milled steel gears, the hoist has a premium black oxide finish, is heat-treated, and forged for exceptional durability. The hoist body is made of cold-rolled forged steel for added strength. It utilizes a dual pawl brake system and includes two ductile drop-forged safety stamped latches. This hoist is designed to meet ASME Overhead Hoists (underhung) regulations under OSHA B30.21 and ASME HST-3 standards, with a compact design that requires low headroom. Load-sharing gears make handling heavy loads easier, and the ergonomic rubber hand grip ensures comfort and security.
