70cl / 58.3% / James Eadie - Matured exclusively in oloroso sherry casks, including a 23 month-long finish in a first-fill oloroso butt, this Strathmill is a rich and layered single malt. The single cask whisky was bottled by James Eadie and shows notes of dark chocolate, stone fruit, orange peel and runny honey.
