The Stiebel Eltron EG-50-PL2-PE is a 2 kW floor-standing convector sized for rooms of about 25 square metres, intended as permanent supplementary heat rather than an occasional fan heater. Heat comes from a stainless steel tube element with steel fins inside a metal housing, and an electronic controller holds any temperature between 5 and 30 °C, with a 7 °C frost protection setting for rooms you want kept above freezing rather than warm.
