SRAM GXP Team External Bottom Bracket

The SRAM GXP Team External Bottom Bracket offers a new standard in external bearing performance. It features a unique design where the left-side bearing is captured between the spindle and crankarm, allowing the drive-side bearing to float axially. This eliminates the need for side-loading bearings during adjustment, preventing excess wear and simplifying installation.
With two bicycle-specific cartridge bearings and eight seals, this bottom bracket ensures a smooth and long-lasting ride. The Gutter Seal system provides a two-stage defence against contaminants, extending bearing life and reducing friction by 35% for improved rider feel and performance. It also offers improved tool engagement and has a 15g weight saving.
