The Sealey Viking Air / Hydraulic / Manual Low Profile Bottle Jack is a versatile 20 tonne capacity lifting solution designed for professional vehicle repair and maintenance work. This dual-operation jack combines the speed of air-assisted operation with the reliability of manual hydraulic power, making it ideal for busy workshops and mobile mechanics who need flexibility in different working environments. Built with an all-steel, one-piece construction that integrates an extra thick base, reservoir and pump cylinder, this bottle jack delivers exceptional strength and stability under load. The low profile design features a minimum height of 185mm and extends to a maximum of 325mm, with an additional 60mm screw extension providing a total lifting range of 200mm. This makes it particularly suitable for low-clearance vehicles and applications where ground clearance is limited. The jack incorporates a safety overload valve to prevent dangerous overloading, whilst the 90° rotating pump and two-piece handle allow operation in confined spaces. The fully serviceable ram piston ensures long-term reliability, with service kits readily available for maintenance. Operating at 109-123psi with an air consumption of 7.5cfm when used pneumatically, it offers fast lifting performance whilst retaining full manual functionality when air supply is unavailable.
