The Sealey SM2502 is a bench-mounting mini drilling and milling machine designed for precision work across a wide range of materials. Powered by a 350W motor with variable speed drive, the SM2502 delivers spindle speeds from 0-1100rpm in the low range and 0-2500rpm in the high range, providing the flexibility to work with different materials and cutting tools. The working table features T-slots for secure clamping of workpieces, whilst metric graduated compound scales ensure accurate positioning with 220mm longitudinal axis travel and 100mm cross axis movement. A standout feature is the tilting column mechanism, which allows drilling and milling operations at ±45° from vertical, expanding the range of applications considerably. The machine is supplied with a 13mm chuck and a complete accessory kit for adjusting and setting, providing everything needed to get started. With an MT3 spindle nose taper and capacities including 16mm end mill and 30mm face mill, this machine is suitable for precision engineering tasks, model making, and general workshop applications.
