The Sealey Optical Centre Punch Set is a precision marking tool designed for accurate location punching in metalwork applications. This innovative set combines optical alignment technology with traditional punching, making it ideal for marking drill holes, riveting points, and other precision work where exact positioning is critical. The set features two transparent Perspex rods with different base engravings – one with a cross hair and one with a centre dot target – allowing you to visually align your punch mark with complete accuracy before striking. Simply position the optical rod over your intended mark, exchange it for one of the included steel punches, and apply a light tap to create a precise indent. Two Chrome Vanadium steel punches are included with 60° and 90° angles, providing versatility for different applications and materials. The 60° punch is particularly suited to softer materials or preliminary marking, whilst the 90° punch creates a deeper, more defined mark for drilling operations. The Chrome Vanadium construction ensures strength and durability for professional workshop use.
