This multi-functional tool delivers 160A MMA welding output, 30A battery charging and 200A starting power, making it an ideal workshop solution for mobile mechanics, agricultural engineers and general fabrication work where space is at a premium. Weighing just 5kg, this portable inverter welder handles a comprehensive range of electrodes including rutile, basic and stainless steel rods from Ø1.6mm up to Ø4mm diameter. The unit features an LED display alongside essential welding aids including hot start for easier arc initiation, arc force to maintain stable penetration, and anti-stick technology to prevent electrode adhesion. Thermal cut-out protection safeguards the unit during extended use, with duty cycle ratings of 25% at 160A, 60% at 124A, and 100% at 80A. The battery management functions support VRLA (sealed lead acid), GEL, AGM/EFB and leisure batteries across both 12V and 24V systems, charging batteries up to 400Ah capacity. This makes it particularly suitable for agricultural, plant maintenance and automotive workshops requiring both welding and battery service capabilities.
