Lifting Chain Block CB500

The Sealey CB500 is a 500kg capacity lifting chain block perfectly suited for lighter lifting tasks in workshops, garages, and maintenance operations. This compact model is ideal for applications requiring precise control and manoeuvrability in confined spaces. Engineered with a heat-treated and ground triple-spur geared shaft and pinion, it delivers smooth, consistent lifting performance. The 500kg variant features an advanced double pawl and spring mechanical load brake for enhanced safety during operation. Larger opening, forged steel load hooks are fitted with safety latches, providing secure load handling with easy attachment to various lifting points. All chains are manufactured from hardened alloy material for exceptional durability, whilst the compact gear housing allows effective use in areas where headroom is restricted. This makes the CB500 an excellent choice for automotive work, light industrial maintenance, and general workshop applications.
