HSS Cobalt Spot Weld Drill Bit

The Sealey HSS Cobalt Spot Weld Drill Bit is a precision drilling tool designed for removing spot welds in automotive repair and metalworking applications. Manufactured from high-speed steel with cobalt content, this 6mm diameter drill bit delivers enhanced hardness and heat resistance for demanding drilling tasks. The cobalt-enriched HSS construction provides superior wear resistance compared to standard drill bits, making it particularly well-suited for working with hardened materials and repetitive spot weld removal. The bit can be resharpened multiple times to extend its service life, offering excellent value for professional bodyshops and fabricators who regularly work with welded panels. Supplied in a high-density storage case, the drill bit is protected from damage when not in use and can be easily organised within toolboxes or workshop environments. At 66mm in length, this spot weld drill bit offers a practical balance between reach and control for precise drilling operations.
