Bumping Mallet AK527

The Sealey Bumping Mallet is a specialist rubber mallet designed for non-marring panel work and automotive trim installation. Manufactured with a rubber filler that offers an elastic feel whilst delivering firm impact on contact, this mallet provides the controlled force needed for delicate panel beating and bodywork tasks without causing surface damage. The hexagonal head shape distributes striking force evenly across the contact area, making it particularly effective for working with door weatherstrips, upholstery, trim panels and bumpers. The non-marring rubber construction ensures surfaces remain scratch-free during installation and adjustment work, making this tool ideal for automotive technicians and body shop professionals. With an ergonomic soft-grip handle that prevents hand fatigue during extended use, the mallet measures 260mm in overall length and weighs 0.66kg, offering a comfortable balance between striking power and manoeuvrability.
