Arc Platform Scale

Compact and practical, the Salter Arc Platform Scale takes the hassle out of measuring. The Add & Weigh 'zero' function allows you to measure multiple ingredients in the same bowl, as well as easily removing the weight of the bowl itself, for precise mixing. The scale is suitable for most containers, so you can either weigh in a receptacle of your choice or place food directly on to the platform, giving you maximum flexibility during the prep process. The large, clear LCD display is easy to read and can be switched between metric and imperial units depending on your preference, while the slim design and easy-to-clean ABS platform make it simple to store and maintain for future use.
