RUST-OLEUM® Hard Hat Aerosol Marking Paint 2300 Series is based on a fast drying short oil alkyd (2358 is based on an acrylic resin). The products are based on lead- and chromate free pigments. Recommended Uses: Should be used on metal, concrete, asphalt, gravel, soil and grass, etc. Not water-soluble and should be used in light industrial exposures, normal humidity and interior applications.
