Roughneck Hardpoint Padsaw

The Roughneck Hardpoint Padsaw is a compact cutting tool designed for precision work in confined spaces and detailed carpentry tasks. This 150mm (6in) blade padsaw combines triple ground teeth with heat treatment to deliver faster cutting action and extended blade life, making it an essential addition to any tradesperson's toolbox. The heat-treated teeth maintain their sharp cutting edge through repeated use across a variety of materials including hardwood, softwood, rough timber, board sheet, worktop, and floorboard. The 7 TPI (teeth per inch) configuration and 1.5mm blade thickness provide an effective balance between cutting speed and control, whilst the triple ground tooth design ensures clean, efficient cuts. A bi-material handle enhances user comfort during extended cutting tasks, reducing hand fatigue on longer jobs. This padsaw is particularly well-suited for cutting starter holes for jigsaws, trimming architrave and skirting boards in situ, and accessing tight spots where larger saws cannot reach.
