Equipped with five Incoloy heating elements, the GR 80 E can effortlessly cook or reheat a generous 40kg spit of kebab or gyros meat. To achieve even cooking, the grill's back and heating sources are adjustable, accommodating the volume of the meat or size of the spit. With an impressive height of 800mm, the rotating spindle can support up to 40kg of beef, lamb or poultry. The Roller Grill GR 80 E comes equipped with a fully hermetic spit holder, offering complete protection for the motor located at the bottom. This design prevents any infiltration of fat or gravy, ensuring the motor remains in optimal condition. Also, because the motor is mounted on stainless steel ball bearings it doesn't bear the weight of the meat or endure any sudden jerks caused by the meat cutting. Setting up the meat spit is easy, as it requires just one hand to secure it onto the hermetic support. Additionally, the vertical spindle comes fitted with a removable pin in case of motor failure, allowing you to continue using the kebab grill through manual rotation. Cleaning the GR 80 E electric grill is effortless, thanks to its large inclined and stamped bottom. This clever design collects the meat juices into a fully removable drawer, making maintenance easy.
