Precision Silicone Spray

The Rocol Precision Silicone Spray is a high performance lubricant designed for food-safe industrial applications requiring non-stick protection and wide temperature stability. This colourless lubricating film is NSF H1 registered, ISO 21469 and HALAL certified, making it suitable for use in food processing environments where incidental contact may occur. Formulated with significantly higher levels of active ingredient compared to standard silicone sprays, this 400ml aerosol provides extended service life and reduces product waste. The silicone film resists oxidation and corrosion whilst maintaining performance across a temperature range from -50°C to +200°C, making it ideal for slides, chutes, bearings and conveyors operating in demanding conditions. The spray incorporates DETEX technology featuring x-ray and metal detectable plastic aerosol caps and actuators, reducing the risk of plastic contamination in food production facilities. This food-grade lubricant offers a practical solution for tradespeople and maintenance engineers working in environments where conventional lubricants cannot be used due to food safety requirements.
