6 Piece Long Parallel Pin Punch Set

The Priory 6 Piece Long Parallel Pin Punch Set is a professional-grade punch set designed for driving out long retaining pins in automotive, engineering and machinery applications. Each punch features a hexagonal body design that prevents rolling on the workbench and provides a positive grip when held with a spanner or adjustable wrench. These parallel pin punches are specifically engineered with extra-long pins measuring 63mm (2½in), making them ideal for accessing deep-set pins in engine blocks, gearbox housings and other assemblies where standard punches cannot reach. The parallel design ensures consistent contact along the full length of the retaining pin, distributing impact force evenly to prevent damage to surrounding components. For optimal results and to preserve the punch points, the pins should be first started with a hand or taper punch before using these parallel punches to complete the removal. The set is supplied in a convenient wallet for organised storage and easy identification.
