The Solstice SE18S-SSTC electric fryer features solid-state thermostat controls located behind the front door, making operation straightforward. All components are easily accessible from the front, simplifying service and maintenance. Even the heating element can be removed without access to the back of the fryer. The SE18S is also equipped with a high-temperature safety cut-out for added security. For easy cleaning, the Solstice SE18S-SSTC is supplied with a clean-out rod and high-temperature cleaning brush.
