Tucana Pro GS8030 Series Electronic Lock 8 Guns

S1 Certified Gun Safe | £2,000 Cash / £20,000 Valuables | Electronic High-Security Locking The Phoenix Tucana Pro GS8030 Series is a substantial high-security gun safe available in 3 sizes designed for the secure storage of up to 5, 8 or 10 shotguns or rifles, combining dedicated firearms storage with independently certified burglary protection. Meeting the requirements of BS 7558/92 and certified to the European EN 14450 S1 security standard, the Tucana Pro provides a significant step up from a conventional gun cabinet. With a recommended £2,000 cash / £20,000 valuables rating, it can also provide secure storage for other valuable possessions alongside your firearms. Certified Security for Firearms Storage The Tucana Pro GS8030 series has been independently tested and certified to EN 14450 S1, providing recognised resistance against burglary attack. Phoenix also specifies the Tucana Pro as 100% Police Approved and compliant with British Standard BS 7558/92 for gun cabinets, making it a strong choice for responsible firearms storage within the home. Its substantial construction features a galvanised steel body and door, with an overall weight of approximately 103kg. VdS Class II Electronic Lock The GS8031E is secured by a high-security VdS Class II electronic lock, providing convenient keyless access without compromising on security. The electronic locking system incorporates advanced features including time delay, dual-code operation and multiple user codes, making it particularly suitable where controlled access is required. For customers who prefer traditional key operation, the Tucana Pro is also available with a high-security double-bitted VdS Class I key lock. Dedicated Ammunition Storage A separate key-locking ammunition compartment is incorporated within the upper section of the safe, allowing ammunition to be stored independently from the main firearms compartment. Two keys are supplied for the ammunition box, which measures approximately 200 x 544 x 135mm (H x W x D). Please note that the ammunition compartment reduces the usable internal height of the main safe by approximately 200mm. Designed to Protect Your Firearms Inside, a high-density foam gun divider and protective floor mat help keep stored firearms securely positioned while protecting stocks and other surfaces from unnecessary contact with the steel cabinet. Secure Floor or Wall Fixing Correct installation is an essential part of firearms security. The Tucana Pro is prepared for secure fixing to either the floor or wall, with fixing bolts supplied, allowing the cabinet to be securely anchored to an appropriate structural surface. Finished in a durable Metallic Graphite (RAL 7024), the Tucana Pro has a smart, understated appearance suitable for installation within the home, secure storage room or other appropriate location. SafeFort Recommendation The Phoenix Tucana Pro Series is an excellent choice for customers who want more than a conventional steel gun cabinet. Its combination of BS 7558/92 compliance, EN 14450 S1 certification and a VdS Class II electronic lock provides a particularly strong security specification, while the dedicated ammunition compartment and protective interior have been designed specifically around firearms storage. For owners of higher-value shotguns or rifles, the Tucana Pro's independently certified security and substantial construction make it an especially compelling option where firearms security, controlled electronic access and protection of valuable equipment are priorities.
