How to personalise the product - Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email containing a link to personalise your item. Follow the link to submit the personalised details that you require. - If we don't receive your personalisation within 24 hours the order will be cancelled. Please check your junk folder for the email. - Once personalisation has been submitted the order cannot be cancelled or amended as it will automatically be sent into production and will be despatched within 3 working days. Crafted from natural slate, each piece showcases a unique, rustic texture that beautifully complements the delicate, wildflower design. Personalise this slate with a name up to 12 characters and an additional 4 lines of text, each containing up to 15 characters. The text on line 1 is case sensitive and will appear as entered. All other personalisation will appear in fixed UPPERCASE. The heart has a piece of natural, rustic string which enables this item to be hung up. PLEASE NOTE- Each slate piece will be unique as the item is cut by hand. Due to the nature of the slate there will be some differences in the stone (such as texture, cut and smoothness). This may result in natural faults in the surface and edges of the product including flaking and uneven corners.
