Follow the link to submit the personalised details that you require. - If we don't receive your personalisation within 24 hours the order will be cancelled. Please check your junk folder for the email. - Once personalisation has been submitted the order cannot be cancelled or amended as it will automatically be sent into production and will be despatched within 3 working days. The reverse of this mug can be personalised with 4 lines of text, with up to 20 characters per line. Line 1 (Title) - Please avoid using block capitals as this may make the personalisation hard to read. Line 2 (Name) - This text will appear in block capitals. Reverse Lines 1-4 (Message) - This text will appear as entered. Hand washing is recommended. Material is ceramic.
