How to personalise the product - Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email containing a link to personalise your item. Follow the link to submit the personalised details that you require. - If we don't receive your personalisation within 24 hours the order will be cancelled. Please check your junk folder for the email. - Once personalisation has been submitted the order cannot be cancelled or amended as it will automatically be sent into production and will be despatched within 3 working days. Personalise with a name of up to 12 characters and three lines of up to 20 characters per line as below Name - 12 characters Message Line 1 - 20 characters Message Line 2 - 20 characters Message Line 3 - 20 characters Please note, the personalisation is case sensitive and will appear as entered. Please avoid using fixed upper case as this may make the personalisation hard to read. The LED candle has a flame effect and is coated in real wax. Concealed at its base is the housing for the batteries. The candle is presented in an organza bag. The candle takes 3 x AAA batteries (not included).
