How to personalise the product - Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email containing a link to personalise your item. Follow the link to submit the personalised details that you require. - If we don't receive your personalisation within 24 hours the order will be cancelled. Please check your junk folder for the email. - Once personalisation has been submitted the order cannot be cancelled or amended as it will automatically be sent into production and will be despatched within 3 working days. A rustic slate clock, ideal for someone who has just bought a New Home or for the lucky couple who have just got married! You can personalise this slate clock with a name/s up to 18 characters long (which will appear inside the banner). The word 'KITCHEN' is fixed. You can then personalise with a message over 3 lines up to 21 characters long. All personalisation is case sensitive and will appear as entered. PLEASE NOTE- Each slate piece will be unique as the item is cut by hand. Due to the nature of slate there will be some differences in the stone (such as texture, cut and smoothness). This may result in natural faults in the surface and edges of the product including flaking and uneven corners. Each item contains speckles of fools gold which makes a stunning feature and adds to the rustic feel however it may be at times within the area of your personalisation (please see picture).
