Our jute bags are hand crafted from eco-friendly jute and finished with colourful stripes of recycled cotton rags. The colourful fabric woven into the design comes from discarded offcuts from the huge garment industry in India. The structure of the bag is created from jute, a natural fibre known for its durability. Jute is an incredibly sustainable material as the plant reaches maturity quickly, grows without the use of fertilizers and pesticides, relies on natural rainfall, and best of all, is completely biodegradable and recyclable. Due to the handmade nature of our products the colours and designs may vary, but loveliness comes as standard.
